Easy Beef Empanada Recipe
This has been my go to recipe for this week. I've made a big batch over the weekend and now we are consuming them as lunch and dinner. Thank you.

Ground Beef Oil Onion Garlic
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add spices, green onion, parsley and cilantro.
Add tomato sauce. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, unroll one pie crust. Using a cookie cutter, cut out rounds of the crust.
Put about one Tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each circle and fold
Brush top lightly with beaten eggs and bake.
Makes a great party appetizer, lunch or a side dish.
