Pasta  Flora Greek Jam Tart

You Will Need

* Flour   * Sugar * Baking Powder * Eggs * Butter * Vanilla extract * Milk * Apricot Jam

Step1

Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract

Step2

Mix in sugar and milk if needed.

Step3

Wrap the dough and refrigerate 15 minutes. Get it out and cut.

Step4

Press 2/3rd of the dough into a tart dish. Cut the edges to level.

Step5

Spread Jam then grate the other 1/3rd over and bake.
