Salami Roll Ups

An easy and quick low carb appetizer for parties and get togethers. Change up the cream cheese filling for a different flavor each time.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 6 oz sliced large salami about 20-25.
  • 4-5 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill about 0.3 oz
  • 3-4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives about 0.25oz
  • 20-25 pitted olives.

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, dill and chives.
  • Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture in one end of the salami and roll up.
  • Thread one olive onto a toothpick and use to secure the roll-up.

Notes

  • You can use either black or green olives.
  • Make Ahead:
    • Roll ups can be made ahead, then wrapped in plastic film and refrigerate for up to 4 days before serving.
  • Storage:
    • Place leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
