- ½ cup English cucumber sliced
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple
- 2 dates
- juice of half a lime
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup soy milk
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well blended and smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness and texture if you want to.
Pour into glasses and enjoy fresh.,
