Ingredients

  • ½ cup English cucumber sliced
  • cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 dates
  • juice of half a lime
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup soy milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well blended and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness and texture if you want to.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy fresh.,

Notes

  • You can roughly chop the dates to help the blender a bit.
  • If you are using fresh pineapple add a couple of ice cubes.
