Ingredients

  • 4-5 dates pits removed.
  • 1 cup milk
  • teaspoon vanilla powder exactly 5 shakes if you have a shaker

Instructions

  • Soak the dates in milk for as long as possible to extract all the sweetness. I soak mine for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • In your blender, blend the date with the milk and vanilla powder.
  • Pour into cups as is or strain if you like to
  • Serve cold.
