MAKES 3-4 PIZZAS
RISE TIME:ONLY 10 MIN
INGREDIENTS
Flour
Sugar
Salt
Yeast
Powdered Milk
Warm water
Combine 2 cups of the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, dry milk and mix well. Pour in 2 cups of warm water and mix well using a wire whisk. Cover, and let it rise for 10 minutes only.
Step 1
Now your mixture will be bubbly add the remaining 3 cups of flour, oil then mix until you get a consistent dough. Your dough will be a little sticky.
Step 2
Turn the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 2 to 3 minutes. Your dough is ready now to be rolled and shaped however you like. So let's see what the possibilities are.
Step 3
Make pizza and add your favorite toppings, mini pizzas, pizza pockets, stuffed crust pizza ... etc
Step 4
Make buns, any sort of buns. Hot dog buns, hamburger buns or maybe some bread rolls.
Step 5
Make some cinnamon rolls, soft pretzels, monkey bread... do not limit yourself.
