Easy  Quick Lebanese Rice

Ingredients

Rice, Vermicelli pasta,  Ghee, Olive oil , Salt and water.

Toast vermicelli  in ghee and  olive oil until  golden brown.

Add rice (no rinsing or soaking required ),  stir then mix in salt.

Add water and  bring to a boil.

Reduce heat Cover Cook

Rest 10 minutes then fluff.
