Sweet Potato Crunch Casserole
Finally a sweet potato casserole that is not overly sweet. This can actually be next to my turkey!

Sweet Potatoes Maple Syrup Heavy Cream Butter Brown Sugar Flour
Cook sweet potatoes, first cut a slit lengthwise and bake for about an hour to an hour and a half until they are super tender
Place the sweet potato in a large bowl and mash with a fork to the desired texture.
Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, heavy cream and melted butter to the bowl.
Spread the sweet potato mixture in a 2-3 quart baking dish and set aside.
Mix the streusel ingredients and spread evenly on top of the sweet potato then bake.
Before serving toast pecan in butter then add maple syrup.
Pour the sauce over the baked casserole and serve immediately.
