Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Never throw pumpkin seeds ahain and make this healthy delicious snack.Double or triple this recipe depending on how much pumpkin seeds you have.

Pumpkin seeds Olive Oil Salt Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper Paprika
Start by combining all the spices along with olive oil in a medium bowl.
Mix in the clean and dry pumpkin seeds.
Spread seasoned pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Pour lemon juice over the seeds while hot and mix with a spoon. Return to oven for a couple of minutes.
Let them cool down before serving. Serve as a snack , sprinkle over a chicken dinner or toss with salad.
