Air Fryer Bone In Chicken Breast
This air fryer recipe is the perfect solution to dry boring chicken breast. With a handful of ingredients you will have juicy crispy chicken breast on your dinner table.

- 2 bone-in split chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Optional: Dry tomato relish
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
- ¼ medium red onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon capers chopped
In a small bowl combine salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano and garlic powder.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub chicken with oil then evenly coat with spice mix.
Arrange chicken in air fryer basket skin side down and air fry on 350F for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping and rotating breasts halfway through cooking.
Transfer chicken to a serving platter and tent loosely with aluminum foil.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
