Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
  • For the Marinade:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil or any oil of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes optional but recommended
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine marinade ingredients well. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
  • Thread chicken cubes in bamboo or metal skewers and grill on an outdoor or indoor grill until done.
  • Serve drizzled with bang bang sauce.
