- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- For the Marinade:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or any oil of choice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes optional but recommended
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl combine marinade ingredients well. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Thread chicken cubes in bamboo or metal skewers and grill on an outdoor or indoor grill until done.
Serve drizzled with bang bang sauce.
