For the chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch cubes
- ½ Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the pizza:
- 4 flatbread pizza base
- 2-3 Tablespoons BBQ sauce per pizza
- 1 medium red onion sliced.
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese per pizza or to your liking
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Assemble the pizza and bake:
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a small bowl combine olive oil and garlic powder then brush the pizzas with the mixture.
Spread bbq sauce over pizza base and top with mozzarella cheese.
Divide cooked chicken over the pizzas along with the red onion slices.
Bake in the center of your oven for 10 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
