Delicious dip loaded with garlic, oregano and rich olive oil. This mix is fantastic with everything from dipping your bread, on your pizza, fish or chicken.
Although fresh garlic tastes better but to make this dip last longer use one teaspoon of dry garlic powder.
Refrigerate leftover for up to 5 days if using fresh garlic. If using garlic powder this mix lasts up to 3 months.
