Olive Oil Bread Dip

Delicious dip loaded with garlic, oregano and rich olive oil. This mix is fantastic with everything from dipping your bread, on your pizza, fish or chicken.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves minced about ½ Tablespoon
  • 1 Tablespoon dry oregano
  • 2-3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Optional:

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese to your liking

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or a jar with lid add in all the ingredients.
  • Cover jar with lid and shake to combine or mix well with a spoon if using a bowl.
  • Serve with a crusty bread or use as a marinade.

Notes

Although fresh garlic tastes better but to make this dip last longer use one teaspoon of dry garlic powder.
Refrigerate leftover for up to 5 days if using fresh garlic. If using garlic powder this mix lasts up to 3 months.
