Pumpkin Whipping Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ - ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Place heavy cream and powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves in a clean bowl or measuring cup.
  • Whip them all on low for 1 minute then increase the speed to medium high for about 4 more minutes until stiff peak forms.
  • Fold in pumpkin puree.

Notes

Start with ⅓ cup of powdered sugar and taste as you go until the desired sweetness achieved.
If you want to make it as a creamy dip and not as thick, place all ingredient on a mixing bowl and whip, mixture will be creamy but it will not get thick.
