Spicy lamb chops
A delicious easy and fancy recipe for a romantic dinner or for your party. Lamb chops combined with aromatic spices and finished off with a little bbq sauce.
Servings: 5 Pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
- 1 teaspoon paprika.
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste.
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste.
- 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1 pound lamb chops about 5 pieces.
In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Add the lamb, and rub each on both sides.
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Grill on an outside grill or stove top for 3-4 minutes each side for medium doneness.
Brush each side with BBQ sauce and continue to grill for another minute per side.
Cover and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
