Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli
Try this healthy air fryer frozen broccoli for an easy side dish that is ready in minutes. Frozen broccoli florets are tossed with some simple spices and oil then air fried until golden and crisp tender.

- 10 oz frozen broccoli
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Oil spray, either avocado or olive oil
- Lemon wedges optional for serving
- chili pepper flakes if desired
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a large bowl add frozen broccoli, spray with olive oil to coat.
Add seasoning, toss well to combine then place in your air fryer basket.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket after about 5-6 minutes of cooking.
Check to make sure it is done to your level of perfection. Serve on a platter with lemon wedges.
- Every air fryer is different and we all have different tastes, 10-12 minutes was just the right time for our taste. Add more minutes depending on your desired level of crispness but watch out as it might burn.
