- 1 pound pasta
- ⅔ cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ¾ cup pesto
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ½ red onion sliced
In a deep pot with salty water, cook pasta per package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a deep bowl combine pasta, Italian dressing and pesto then mix well.
Add spinach, chicken, feta and onions. Mix everything well.
Serve topped with some fresh basil leaves or a sliced avocado.
