Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • ¾ cup pesto
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • ½ red onion sliced

Optional for serving:

  • 1 sliced avocado

Instructions

  • In a deep pot with salty water, cook pasta per package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep bowl combine pasta, Italian dressing and pesto then mix well.
  • Add spinach, chicken, feta and onions. Mix everything well.
  • Serve topped with some fresh basil leaves or a sliced avocado.
