- 2 medium chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dry mix
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 (8oz) block cream cheese
- ¾ cup buffalo chicken wings sauce
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 pound pasta cooked
In your slow cooker add chicken, ranch dry mix, milk and buffalo sauce then mix well.
Add cream cheese and scatter butter on top then cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Cook the pasta al dente and set aside.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, taste sauce to adjust heat level to your liking, add more hot sauce if you would like to.
Mix content of the slow cooker well and add pasta and shredded cheese.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley or chopped green onion.
