Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dry mix
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 (8oz) block cream cheese
  • ¾ cup buffalo chicken wings sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 pound pasta cooked

Instructions

  • In your slow cooker add chicken, ranch dry mix, milk and buffalo sauce then mix well.
  • Add cream cheese and scatter butter on top then cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  • Cook the pasta al dente and set aside.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, taste sauce to adjust heat level to your liking, add more hot sauce if you would like to.
  • Mix content of the slow cooker well and add pasta and shredded cheese.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley or chopped green onion.
