Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dry dill or use 3 Tablespoons fresh
  • 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup agave and honey also work

Instructions

  • În a medium bowl add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
  • Blend together, using an immersion blender or a whisk.
  • Pour olive oil slowly while blending to emulsify the dressing.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, dill and maple syrup to your liking.
  • Taste to adjust seasoning.
