- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon dry dill or use 3 Tablespoons fresh
- 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup agave and honey also work
În a medium bowl add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
Blend together, using an immersion blender or a whisk.
Pour olive oil slowly while blending to emulsify the dressing.
Mix in salt, pepper, dill and maple syrup to your liking.
Taste to adjust seasoning.
