Homemade Bisquick Recipe

Making your own Homemade Bisquick is easier than you think. Just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time and no preservatives. Use it to make pancakes, chicken and dumpling, pot pies, and much more. You will never go back to the box mix again.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter cubed and still cold
  • A dash of salt

Instructions

  • To your food processor add all the ingredients together.
  • Pulse for short intervals until the mixture resembles wet sant or cornmeal.
  • Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month. Freeze for longer.

Notes

If you do not have a food processor you can put the ingredients in a large bowl and use a pastry cutter. You can also grate frozen butter over the dry ingredients.
