Pizza tater tot casserole

Shake up your pizza night with this kid friendly and family favorite tater tot based pizza. Crunchy tater tots topped with all your pizza favorite and let’s not forget the melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Pizza sauce
  • A pinch of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350F.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray then arrange tater tots in a single layer.
  • Bake tater tots for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and spoon pizza sauce on top evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices on top and bake for another 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Variations:
    • Feel free to use your favorite pizza topping:
      • Add thinly sliced onion, bell pepper or olives.
      • Top with pineapple and anchovy if you like.
      • Browned seasoned ground beef, tuna or make it seafood pizza.
      • Change up the tater tot and use French fries.
