Steak Bites With Garlic Butter

- 1 ½ lb beef steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ Tablespoon oil any high heating oil like vegetable, canola or light tasting olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves quartered
- 2 spring fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ sea salt or to taste
Pat dry the steak cubes with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat and add oil.
Once the oil is very hot, add steak cube and sear to brown all over turning them in all directions. Do not overcrowd the pan and work in batches if necessary.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic and rosemary. Keep stirring to coat the beef with sauce and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
