This non alcoholic pina colada recipe is an easy and creamy family favorite mocktail to enjoy on a hot day.The perfect drink for an after dinner treat or a summer party.

- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces cream of coconut
- 1-2 cups crushed ice
Pour all ingredients on a high powdered blender.
Blend for 1 minutes until all combined
Serve garnished with cherries and a wedges of pineapple.
- It is a sweet drink, but if it is too sweet for your liking, consider making your own pineapple juice, using less coconut cream, or blending in more ice cubes.
- You can use frozen pineapple instead of ice, it makes the drink more creamy but in my opinion added a lot of sugar and the drink became too sweet for my liking. Worth noting that kids liked it more with frozen pineapples.
