Whipped Honey is a delightful addition to your culinary skills. With Just a simple technique you'll be adding a touch of elegance to your yogurt, pancakes, desserts and even your favorite latte.

Optional Flavoring:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or to your liking
- Ground cinnamon to your liking
- You can use crystalized honey as well. Lightly heat honey until it becomes liquid again before whipping.
- Add any flavor you like to the honey before whipping. You will notice that honey will change color and be lighter at about 6 minutes.
- My favorite flavor is mixing 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon of instant coffee with 1 tablespoon hot water. Then, when it cools down, I add to the whipped honey and whip again for 10 more minutes until it becomes foamy. I like adding this to my coffee.
