Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey raw

Optional Flavoring:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or to your liking
  • Ground cinnamon to your liking

Instructions

  • Place raw honey in a mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a whisk.
  • Whip using an electric mixer for 10-15 minutes stopping in between to scrape the sides of the bowl.

Notes

  • You can use crystalized honey as well. Lightly heat honey until it becomes liquid again before whipping.
  • Add any flavor you like to the honey before whipping. You will notice that honey will change color and be lighter at about 6 minutes.
  • My favorite flavor is mixing 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon of instant coffee with 1 tablespoon hot water. Then, when it cools down, I add to the whipped honey and whip again for 10 more minutes until it becomes foamy. I like adding this to my coffee.
