👍 Let's make the perfect recipe: Amira's tips
- The whipping process is going to break up the small crystals and turn them into a spreadable texture. So, don't rush the process, it takes a little bit of time.
- I highly recommend that you use natural honey or raw honey instead of processed honey for this recipe.
- This delicious treat makes cute gifts when it's added to small mason jars with a simple ribbon.
- If you are using crystallized honey, make sure that you heat the honey until you get a smooth texture from the liquid honey first.
🧺 How to store leftovers
Storage - This creamy honey can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool dark place for up to three weeks.
Refrigerate - You can also store it in the fridge if you want to keep this honey in a spreadable form. It can be stored for up to four weeks.
Freeze - It also freezes well, just make sure to use a freezer-safe container, as not all mason jars are. Freeze it for up to three months, and thaw it in the fridge overnight before using.

This whipped honey recipe is great to make ahead of time. Since it can be stored at room temperature, in the fridge, or even frozen, you have a lot of great options to help you keep it fresh. That way it's ready when you need it.

💬 Your questions answered: FAQs
Whipped honey is creamier and fluffier than traditional honey, yet it doesn't lose any of its nutrition. It's also great for a sore throat during cold and flu season.
If your honey is grainy that means that you had some larger crystals in your honey, You can try reheating your honey and then whipping it again. I recommend just making sure that you make sure your honey is in the liquid state before you start to make this recipe.

Whipped Honey
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey raw
Optional Flavoring:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or to your liking
- Ground cinnamon to your liking
Instructions
- Place raw honey in a mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a whisk.
- Whip using an electric mixer for 10-15 minutes stopping in between to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Notes
- You can use crystalized honey as well. Lightly heat honey until it becomes liquid again before whipping.
- Add any flavor you like to the honey before whipping. You will notice that honey will change color and be lighter at about 6 minutes.
- My favorite flavor is mixing 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon of instant coffee with 1 tablespoon hot water. Then, when it cools down, I add to the whipped honey and whip again for 10 more minutes until it becomes foamy. I like adding this to my coffee.
