Za'atar Potato Wedges
Delicious za'atar spiced potatoes perfect to accompany any Middle Eastern dinner. Great as a side to you shawarma, falafel, kabobs and more.

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons Za'atar minx
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
Clean potatos and scrub well then cut each one into wedges about ½ inch thick.
In a large bowl combine oil, za'atar and garlic powder.
Pat wedges dry with a paper towel and dumb over the oil mixture.
Toss to coat all wedges well.
Transfer wedges to the prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
Bake in the center of your oven for 30 minutes tunrining them halfway through cooking using kitchen tongs or fork.
