Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos
Everyday is better with tacos, here is an easy 10 minute air fryer shrimp tacos recipe to enjoy for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

For the shrimp:
- 1 pound large or medium shrimp deveined and tails off
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
For the sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 garlic clove minced
- juice of one lime
Serve with:
- avocado chopped or sliced
- lime wedges
- fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ cup Cotija cheese
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
In a medium bowl toss the shrimp ingredients well together.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Place the shrimp in a single layer, as much as possible in your air fryer basket and air fry for 7 minutes, shaking the basket in the middle, until fully cooked.
Place cooked shrimp on a plate and toss with a squeeze of lime.
Meanwhile, warm up your tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
Spoon shrimp in warm tacos and top with shredded cabbage, cheese, sauce and your favorite taco toppings.
- You can use a package of taco seasoning in place of the chili powder, cumin, cayenne and garlic if you wish.
