Pineapple Banana smoothie

- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana ripe is best
- ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavored
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- More juice if needed
To your blender, add pineapple, banana, yogurt, juice and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth, taste and add honey if you want it.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
- You can use fresh pineapples but in this case you will need to add some ice and adjust flavor and sweetness. Or you can use frozen bananas.
- Do not use frozen bananas along with frozen pineapple this will lead to a smoothie with a loose ice cream texture.
