- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch cubes
- ¾ teaspoon salt or to your liking
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup mil
- 6 oz ziti pasta dry
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce 16 oz
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets about 6 oz
- Parmesan cheese optional
In a medium bowl combine chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic.
In a large skillet or dutch oven on high heat, add butter and oil.
When butter melts add chicken pieces and cook stirring occasionally until no longer pink.
Pour in boiling water, milk and stir in dry pasta. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium.
Continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
Uncover and stir in Alfredo sauce and broccoli, taste to adjust seasoning.
Continue to cook for another 3 minutes or until everything is smooth and cooked to your perfections.
Serve garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
