- In a medium bowl combine chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic.
- In a large skillet or dutch oven on high heat, add butter and oil then add chicken pieces and cook stirring until no longer pink.
- Pour in boiling water, milk and stir in dry pasta. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium and cook for 7 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in Alfredo sauce and broccoli, taste to adjust seasonings then cook for additional 3 minutes. Serve garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch cubes
- ¾ teaspoon salt or to your liking
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup mil
- 6 oz ziti pasta dry
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce 16 oz
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets about 6 oz
- Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic.
- In a large skillet or dutch oven on high heat, add butter and oil.
- When butter melts add chicken pieces and cook stirring occasionally until no longer pink.
- Pour in boiling water, milk and stir in dry pasta. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium.
- Continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in Alfredo sauce and broccoli, taste to adjust seasoning.
- Continue to cook for another 3 minutes or until everything is smooth and cooked to your perfections.
- Serve garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
