Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt to taste (½ teaspoon)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Place milk in a cup and pour lemon juice over. Stir gently and let it rest for 4-5 minutes, we are making buttermilk here.
  • In a mini food processor combine all sauce ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  • Taste to add more salt if desired.
