- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 ½ Tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Salt to taste (½ teaspoon)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
Place milk in a cup and pour lemon juice over. Stir gently and let it rest for 4-5 minutes, we are making buttermilk here.
In a mini food processor combine all sauce ingredients and pulse until smooth.
Taste to add more salt if desired.
