Ingredients

Falafel Fixings:

  • Tahini sauce
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Sliced onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat and grease generously with cooking spray.
  • Add about ½ cup falafel batter to the waffle iron, gently spreading it out.
  • Close the lid and cook for about 15 minutes, until steam stops rising and the waffle releases easily.
  • Serve with your favorite waffle fixings.
