Garlic Bread Pizza

- 1 loaf of French bread or baguette
- 1 stick unsalted butter softened
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced about 2 teaspoons
- A pinch of salt
- ¾ - 1 cup pizza sauce
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Topping of choice pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers.. etc
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut the bread in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl mix together butter, garlic and salt. Taste to adjust flavor and seasoning.
Spread the butter mixture on bread and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the center of your oven for 7 minutes.
Take the bread out then spread the sauce over.
Top with mozzarella and pepperoni and any toppings you are using.
Return to oven and continue to bake for another 10 minutes or until bread is crispy around the edges and cheese melts.
