Air fryer frozen broccoli is a quick and healthy way to enjoy this green veggie. Cooking it in your air fryer will change how you cook frozen broccoli. It's as easy as opening the bag, spray with oil, toss in seasoning and air frying. Nothing beats the taste of garlic, herbs and cheese on broccoli. The hard part will be trying to keep yourself from eating it all before you serve it!

Are frozen veggies better in the air fryer?

We think so! Cooking frozen vegetables in your air fryer helps them to retain their flavor and nutrients while they also cook quickly.

Why are my vegetables not crispy from the air fryer?

Be sure when cooking veggies such as broccoli in your air fryer that the basket is not overcrowded. Doing so will cause the food to cook unevenly and not be crispy. Also, check you have the proper temperature and the pieces are all about the same size.

Do I need to thaw frozen broccoli?

Nope! That's the brilliant thing about this recipe. Incredibly easy to make and there's no need to thaw the broccoli before putting it in your air fryer.

Perfect as all Amira’s recipes that I’ve tried so far and I do not like broccoli that much. Added and extra garlic and I just love how easy this is. Thank you.
