- Preheat your air fryer to 400F. In a large mixing bowl add frozen broccoli, spray with olive oil to coat.
- Add seasoning, toss well to combine then place in your air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket about 5-6 minutes of cooking.

- 10 oz frozen broccoli
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Oil spray, either avocado or olive oil
- Lemon wedges optional for serving
- chili pepper flakes if desired
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl add frozen broccoli, spray with olive oil to coat.
- Add seasoning, toss well to combine then place in your air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket after about 5-6 minutes of cooking.
- Check to make sure it is done to your level of perfection. Serve on a platter with lemon wedges.
