- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 Tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon coriander

- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a jar with a fitted lid and store in a dark cool place.
Notes
- Use to season your shawarma instead of store bought seasoning in any shawarma recipe. My recommendation is to use 1 Tablespoon per two pounds of meat along with other ingredients in the recipe.
