❤️ Why You'll Love It

  • You only need a handful of ingredients so you don't have to worry about spending a lot of money at the grocery store.
  • The combination of tangy lemon and a light, fluffy texture creates a refreshing drink that's perfect for cooling off.
  • Whether you're hosting a party or just enjoying a quiet afternoon, this whipped lemonade is bound to be enjoyed by both kids and adults alike.

There is nothing that says summer more than a cold, refreshing drink. And while there are plenty of options out there, this whipped lemonade is the perfect blend of sweet and tart flavors that will leave you feeling refreshed.

📝 Ingredients

Note: This is an overview of the ingredients. You'll find the full measurements and instructions in the recipe card (printable) at the bottom of the page.

📋 Ingredient Notes

  • Lemon juice—Fresh lemon juice will give you the best flavor; however, you can use bottled lemon juice if you want to avoid a trip to the grocery store.
  • Heavy cream - Heavy whipping cream is going to give this refreshing drink its whipped texture.
  • Sweetened condensed milk - Adds a sweet and creamy flavor. Do not use evaporated milk.
  • Ice cubes - Any type of ice that you have and be used in this drink.
  • Lemon slice for garnish.

🥄 Instructions

Note: This is an overview of the instructions. The detailed instructions are in the recipe card below.

Instructions to make whipped lemonade.
  • Pour all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.

💡 Amira's Tips

  • I used a high-speed blender like a Ninja because it makes quick work of crushing the ice.
  • If you don't have a high-speed blender, put all the ingredients except for the ice in a regular blender or even use a hand mixer. You will have to blend for 2-3 minutes to get the best results. Then pour into cups of ice.
  • I started with equal parts (six tablespoons) of condensed milk and lemon juice. Then, taste it and adjust as needed.

🧺 Storage

Refrigerate - This drink is best enjoyed fresh. When you store it in the fridge it will separate and lose its fluffy whipped texture. However, it is still safe to drink and will taste delicious for up to 24 hours.

Take your homemade lemonade to the next level with this tasty treat on hot summer days.

⌛ Make Ahead

This whipped lemonade is best enjoyed when freshly made. If you want to do a little prep work ahead of time feel free to juice your lemons in advance and store the lemon juice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

🍽️ Serve With

  • This refreshing drink pairs well with just about any of your favorite meals. These Grilled Shrimp Kabobs are one of my favorite main courses to pair with it.
  • Or, if your family prefers chicken as well, then these Grilled Chicken Kabobs are another simple meal that your family will love with this summer drink.
  • Use it as a refreshing treat after a meal with this bright creamy Ricotta Cheese Pasta.
  • And, this White Bean Salad is always on my dinner table during the summer when I need a light salad dish that is full of flavor.

👩‍🍳 Variations

  • Add some lemon zest for extra flavor.
  • Mix in some strawberries or Strawberry Syrup to make whipped strawberry lemonade.

💬 FAQs

Is this the same as a Frosted Lemonade from Chick-fil-a?

It is similar but not the same. Chick-fil-A uses Ice Dream, while I used condensed milk, heavy cream, and ice.
