    ❤️ Why You'll Love It

    • Let's start with quick and easy dinner idea.
    • Makes a fancy homemade dinner to impress everyone.
    • Perfect for parties as well!

Air fryers are very popular and with good reason. They sit on your countertop and quickly bake food by circulating hot air. Similar to a convection oven, it blows hot air around, but because of the small area, the air fryer is able to cook food much quicker than a normal size oven.

Lamb chops usually come from the loin, rib and sirloin and are naturally tender so using the quick air fryer cooking method works really well. The marinade penetrates the meat and adds an amazing flavor to every bite of the meat.

    💬 Recipe FAQs

What temperature to cook lamb chops?

As lamb chops may vary in size, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. The internal temperatures are as following:
    Medium rare is 125° F
    Medium is 135° F
    Medium-well at 145° F
    Well-done 150-155F°

Please note, cooking level of lamb chops is like any other meal a personal preference. It is advised though that lamb chops cooked past medium-well often brings out a more gamey taste and can make the meat less tender.

Can frozen lamb chops be cooked in an air fryer?

Taking lamb chops from the freezer to the air fryer is a great time saver. And definitely doable in an air fryer. However, you won't be able to use this amazing marinade which truly brings out even more awesome flavor. The marinade won't be able to penetrate the lamb chop if it is frozen. For best results, let the lamb chops defrost in your refrigerator before mixing with the marinade.
