- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 oven dish with cooking oil. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and garlic.
- Add chicken and mix. Mix in cream cheese, ketchup, mayo, ranch and hot sauce.
- Taste to adjust seasoning.
- Cut the slider rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
- Top with shredded cheese then chicken mixture.
- Place the other bread half on top and brush with melted butter mixed with dry parsley if using. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
💡 Expert Tips
- Ketchup gives the chicken mixture a slightly sweet taste which we liked, feel free to omit if you do not like it.
- Reduce the amount of hot sauce, or increase to your liking.
- If you end up with more melted butter than needed for brushing, give your buns a second coat after coming out of the oven, making them extra special.
- You can use red pepper flakes instead of parsley for more heat.
- You can also use powder ranch dressing, cilantro or any other herb or spice you like for brushing.

Things you can do to make buffalo chicken sliders ahead of time is to prep up all the ingredients. Shred up the cooked chicken, chop the onion, be sure you have all ingredients on hand for when you're ready to cook.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion chipped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 pkg 12 slider rolls
- ½ teaspoon dry parsley optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 in oven dish with cooking oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions for 2 minutes then add minced garlic and continue to cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and mix everything well.
- Mix in cream cheese then add ketchup, mayonnaise, ranch and hot sauce. Taste to adjust seasoning.
- Cut the slider rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
- Top with shredded cheese then chicken mixture.
- Place the other bread half on top and brush with melted butter with dry parsley if using.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until everything is heated thoroughly and the cheese melts.
