Creamy tangy cheese base, fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic and a lot of good stuff piled up and ready for your guests to dig in. It is one of those recipes that you'll never have leftovers with.

How to Make Bruschetta Dip
Gather your fresh ingredients, look for fresh basil that is bright green and has a strong aroma. The combination of feta, sour cream, and cream cheese gives the perfect consistency and tangy creamy taste.

Begin by washing and drying your tomatoes. Using a small paring knife cut a small cone-shaped piece out from the stem end. Dice the tomatoes into small uniform cubes.

Place the diced tomatoes into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the chopped fresh basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle with salt to taste and gently toss everything together until the tomatoes are evenly coated. Set the bowl aside at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes. This essential resting period allows the flavors of the garlic, basil, and vinegar to meld together and infuse the tomatoes.

In the bowl of your food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, the softened block of cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and olive oil.

Blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Continue blending until the mixture is perfectly smooth, creamy, and has a light, whipped consistency.

FAQs
We prefer to serve this dip cold, I don't recommend heating it, as it can make the tomatoes mushy.
Naturally, it is gluten-free; just make sure to serve it with gluten-free bread or crackers.
Ripe, flavorful tomatoes are best. Roma tomatoes are commonly used, but you can use any tomatoes you like, such as cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, or even heirloom tomatoes, for a more vibrant flavor.
For a little extra flavor, you can add some diced red onions to your tomato topping. It adds such a nice bite to it. You can also add additional fresh herbs to the cream cheese mixture for even more flavor.
Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. If you don't have a lid for your serving bowl, you can cover it with plastic wrap to keep it fresh. I do not recommend freezing it.
This creamy dip is great to make ahead. However, I recommend that you don't make the tomato mixture until 10-15 minutes before serving, otherwise it can become watery.
