- Preheat oven to 450°F. In a bowl, make the garlic oil by combining garlic and olive oil. Set aside
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes and the rest of the bruschetta ingredients. Set aside.
- Brush your pizza crust with garlic oil and pour the remaining oil over the tomato mixture and mix. Top the pizza crust with ½ the mozzarella, then the Parmesan cheese and then a layer of chicken. Spread the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the center of your oven for 10-15 minutes or until edges start to get golden brown and crisp up and the cheese melts. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Bruschetta Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 large 12 inch pizza dough homemade or store bought
- 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Garlic oil:
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Bruschetta topping:
- 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste
- dash of black pepper
Optional:
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- chopped fresh basil and parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a small bowl make the garlic oil by combining garlic and olive oil. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine bruschetta ingredients. Set aside.
- Brush your pizza crust with garlic oil and pour the remaining oil over the tomato mixture and mix.
- Top the pizza crust with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese spread in a thin layer.
- Top with half the Parmesan cheese then layer chicken over.
- Spread the remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.

- Take pizza out of the oven and top with bruschetta mix.
