- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, dill and chives.
- Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture in one end of the salami and roll up.
- Thread one olive onto a toothpick and use to secure the roll-up.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 6 oz sliced large salami about 20-25.
- 4-5 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill about 0.3 oz
- 3-4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives about 0.25oz
- 20-25 pitted olives.

Normally I don’t review a recipe I made my own changes to because it’s no longer the recipe the poster posted. However with a lot of baking and cooking at Thanksgiving, to save time anywhere I could, I substituted the cream cheese, chives and dill with Philadelphia cream cheese with chives and onion. They were so good.
