Crispy Easy Falafel Waffles (Fawaffle)

I was never someone who liked to healthify recipes, especially authentic ones. But I get it; we all reach that point in life when eating healthy is no longer optional; it's a must.

I love falafel. It is a staple that I grew up with, and you'll find plenty of falafel recipes on my website. After my falafel tacos, I've been exploring other no-fry variations so I can switch things up and keep it interesting. This recipe is my newest falafel adventure. I love how fun and easy it turned out, and the fact that my whole family loved it makes it an even bigger win. So get your tahini sauce ready and let's start.
