I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.
If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

- June 22: National Chocolate Eclair Day.
- June 23: National Pecan Sandy Day.
- June 24: National Pralines Day.

In Season Now
June is the month to welcome fruity harvest. A great chance to use these fruits and make recipes loaded with apricots, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and watermelon.
June 21
Try this authentic Egyptian Koshari that has pleased a lot of people so far. A 5 star recipe with detailed instructions.
June 22
A sumac flavored chicken recipe, Musakhan. It is a delicious way to use up any flatbread you have or maybe you want to go all in and make the musakhan bread as well.
June 23
Spicy shrimp casserole made with wild rice is so flavorful. Use any rice you have just adjust the cooking liquids.
June 24
Tender and unbelievably moist turkey meatloaf. This is a very easy meatloaf recipe that goes pretty well with any grain on the side.
June 25
End the week easy but in style, try these marinated lamb chops made in your cast iron skillet.
A side bowl of quinoa and edamame goes perfect with it.
Desserts
