I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

📅 Food Holidays

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:

  • May 9 is National Shrimp Day, try these delicious grilled shrimp.
  • May 13th is National Apple Pie Day, here is an apple pie made with phyllo, or maybe try these healthy baked apples. You can't go wrong.

🍒 In Season Now

Asparagus, avocado, beets, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, lime, mango and much more.

Monday

A light and crispy low carb eggplant parmesan with all the flavors of the classic one.

Tuesday

Meatloaf

When I do not know what to feed my family, you will find this meatloaf on the table. Easy, moist meatloaf with breadcrumbs recipe goes pretty well with anything on the side.

Wednesday

Mahi mahi

Baked mahi mahi is an easy one pan meal that's done in about 20 minutes!. Pair it with a side of Instant pot Basmati rice and dinner will be on the table in 30 minutes max.

Thursday

Oregano Chicken

Paired with couscous, rice, pasta or roasted vegetables this oregano chicken recipe is a healthy and quick dinner that your family will love.

Friday

Italian Pasta

It is starting to look like summer, time for light refreshing meals. This zesty Italian pasta salad is so good especially with the homemade dressing, add any leftover chicken in or serve as is with leftover meatloaf you might have.

Desserts

Raspberry lemon puff tarts look like a fancy dessert and actually taste like a fancy dessert but they are really easy to make!
