I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

Food Days This Week

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:

  • It is Memorial Day. We are starting with the first summer celebration so check out our summer favorite recipes.
  • May 31 is National Macaroons Day, a great time to make these coconut macaroons.

🍒 In Season Now

Asparagus, avocado, beets, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, lime, mango and much more.

Monday

Memorial Day Recipes

It is Memorial Day. Check out these cookout and grilling ideas.

Tuesday

Sausage Patties

These sausage patties are great for breakfast, dinner or lunch. Packed full with flavors and hidden vegetables these patties are budget and freezer friendly.

Wednesday

Fried Tilapia

It does not get any easier than this. Best fried tilapia recipe that shows up on our dinner table bi-weekly. Simply seasoned and fried tilapia that the whole family will love. Pair it with rice or fries and do not forget some green salad.

Thursday

Hawawshi

Prepare the meat mixture on the weekend and divide into patties to make Hawawshi. Stuff and bake on Thursday for a delicious flavorful meal.

Friday
