I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

📅 Food Holidays

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:y.

  • November 16 is National Fast Food Day, do you like Panda Express? Here is a Kung Pao recipe for you to try.

Hearty and filling eggplant salad recipe featuring roasted eggplants, red onions, fresh tomatoes, arugula, pita chips and more.

November 16

Meatballs in a cast iron skillet with tomato sauce and garnished with parsley.

These Egyptian meatballs are gluten free and herb loaded. Koftet rozz that's what it is called in Egypt, a childhood favorite.

November 17

A spoon scooping some creamy sauce over baked fish lemon in a white pan.

This creamy fish recipe works great with any white flaky fish you have. Quick, easy and healthy dinner idea for you to try.

November 18

A close up of a bowl of food, with Rice pudding and spoon

One of the classic Egyptian recipes, a comforting rice casserole that is so creamy and rich. This creamy chicken and rice casserole is really easy to make although looks so fancy.

November 19

A piece of food, with Sfiha

Have fun tonight with the family and make this Sfiha recipe, a pizza like recipe with flavored ground meat.

Desserts

A festive dessert that deserves its place on any holiday, this cream stuffed semolina cake is like no other.
