Ground beef gyros recipe has the Greek taste sensation you are looking for but so much easier and cheaper. Tender beef with authentic Mediterranean spices wrapped in soft pita bread and topped with tzatziki sauce or Greek salad.

One bite will bring a smile to your face. These drool worthy sandwiches are tasty, delicious and oh so amazingly good!

A classic Greek gyro is made with meat skewered and cooked on a rotisserie. But, you can make it right at home by easily food processing the ingredients, baking and slicing. The ground beef meat comes out juicy in the center and sometimes slightly crispy on the edges.
