I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

Food Days This Week

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:y.

  • June 27th is National Onion Day, get lazy and make these air fryer onion rings from frozen.
  • Jul 1st is International Chicken Wing Day, try these baked bbq wings or make those air fryer wings with delicious flavors.

In Season Now

Apricot, banana, beets, corn, cucumber, eggplant, honeydew, blueberries, cherries, lime, watermelon and much more.

Monday

A plate with kishk and garnished with fried onions.

Kishk

A scrumptious mix of milk, yogurt and flour makes this easier version of Kishk.

Tuesday

Hamburger sandwich with lettuve, melted cheese, tomatoes and some ketchup on the back.

Air Fryer Frozen Burgers

Frozen burgers are easy to make in the air fryer and they come out crispy and tender all at the same time! Do not forget about the sauce.

Wednesday

A bowl of tahini chicken stew

Tahini Chicken

Relax and let the slow cooker do all the work for the middle of the week craziness. One pot meal tahini chicken is so easy to make. Add some potatoes in the mix and save leftovers for later in the week.

Thursday

A dish is filled in food, with yellow Rice and spicy shrimp

Spicy Shrimp and Rice

Another one pot easy shrimp dinner with rice. This recipe uses wild rice mixture but you can use typically any rice, just adjust the water level accordingly.

Friday

An overhead view of a crescent taco pie.

Taco Bake

Pillsbury crescent roll taco bake is an easy casserole - definitely a family favorite! Meaty, cheesy, and it's done in 30 minutes!.

Desserts

jello mold cut from the middle with a slice cut to show the inside.

Don't let this fancy look trick you, this jello mold is very easy to make with a luscious cream cheese layer.
