I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

📅 Food Holidays

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:y.

  • August 3 is National Watermelon Day. Enjoy the fruit on its own or in a delicious watermelon salad but do not throw the peel away. Make this easy watermelon rind preserves instead.
  • August 4 is National Chocolate chip cookie Day.
  • August 5 is National Couscous Day. You might have tried couscous as a savory dish or a couscous salad but have you tried it as a dessert?

🍉 In Season Now

Apricot, banana, cucumbers, green beans, kiwi, eggplant, honeydew, blueberries, cherries, lime, watermelon and much more.

Monday

Gemista

Gemista is a wholesome traditional Greek dish of stuffed vegetables. I love mine meatless but feel free to add in some ground beef if you would like to.

Tuesday

Stuffed chicken breast on an air fryer basket.

Stuffed Chicken Breast

The cheesy mushroom stuffing makes this air fryer stuffed chicken breast extra yummy! Add a crispy salad for a delicious meal.

Wednesday

Persian soup in a clear glass bowl with a spoon on the side.

Ashed Mast

This Persian soup is better than your favorite meatball soup. There is a lot going on in this soup, you'll need to try it.r the day.

Thursday

A close up of a bowl of Pasta with sauce, with Shrimp Scampi

Scampi Pasta

Give this easy shrimp scampi pasta a go, it is one of our favorite and only takes 30 minutes.

Friday

A plate of kofta in skewers and dip

Kofta Kebab

Kofta kebaa is one of the most kid-friendly, easy and absolutely tasty recipes. Make some pita wraps or with a side of rice and roasted veggies.

Desserts

A piece of chocolate cake on a plate with strawberry

This magic cake is super easy to make yet looks so impressive.
