I've been sharing 5-day meal plans with my email subscribers for many years now, started sharing some of those on Instagram and I love the feedback I get from those who love the meal plans and use them regularly.

If you’re new to my meal plans, they normally include 5 dinner recipes and one or two desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm trying my best to be thoughtful and add a variety of recipes with plenty of wiggle room for you to add or subtract food and I always suggest you make a day per week for leftovers or use them for lunch the next day.

    📅 Food Holidays

This week we are having some interesting and fun days to celebrate. These days are a good opportunity to raise awareness, shed some light, or inspire you to create more recipes in your kitchen. So let's check them out:y.

    • November 1 is World Vegan Day, such a delicious coincidence to come on a meatless Monday. I'm suggesting this Lebanese lentil soup or maybe this vegan lentil soup as well.
    • November 2 is National Deviled Egg Day and I've this deviled eggs recipe for you to try.
    • November 4 is National Candy Day, I love homemade candies, they seem like an art to me. This Tanghulu recipe are so much fun to make.

    🫑 In Season Now

Chard, cauliflower, chicory, onion, beet, beans, lettuce, potato, pea, leek, turnip, radish, celery, pumpkin, pinapple, winter berry, banana, apple, pomegranate, fig, , pear, plum, grape. A lot to choose from!

    November 1

Hand holding a white bowl with Lebanese lentil soup with a piece of crusty bread.

Make a big pot of this healthy, vegetarian Lebanese Lentil Soup, made with lentils, chard, potatoes onions and lemon.

    November 2

Chicken francese in pan with sauce

Chicken Francese are battered chicken breasts pan fried to golden perfection, then topped with a savory lemony sauce. So good.

    November 3

Stuffed onions are a wonderfully elegant and easy side dish that can work as a main meal as well. Make it in the slow cooker for an easy dinner tonight.

    November 4

A white square platter with yellow rice and chicken shawarma with some toasted pita bread on the side.

Treat your family to this amazing chicken shawarma bowl. It is a complete meal with rice, chicken, fried bread and let's not forget the shawarma sauce.

    November 5

Here is another healthier and low carb recipe, eggplant boats. Eggplants, stuffed with ground beef and cheese and cooked in rich tomato sauce.

    Desserts

A white ceramic oven dish with healthy baked apple slices with a spoon in it.

Have you tried this healthy version of baked apple slices. They are as good for breakfast as they are for an after dinner treat.
